I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. The worst part was that the next steps were never really clear, so I didn’t know if it had shipped, if I needed to do anything, or if it was just stuck somewhere. Frustrating experience overall

I really wanted to like this, but I regret wearing it on a cold, rainy day. The wind cuts through way too easily, and it just doesn’t keep me warm enough when the weather turns wet.

I had to exchange a sweater because the fit was a little off, mostly around the sleeves, which always bugs me. The return took a few days to process, but support was helpful and didn’t make it complicated. I also appreciated that the refund details were laid out clearly, down to the amount and timing, so I wasn’t left guessing

I ordered a medium expecting it to fit like a normal medium, but it was so tight it felt more like an extra small. i felt a bit misled by the sizing and wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it ran this small.

I don’t know what I was expecting, but the refund showed up way faster than I thought it would. Just felt really good to have it handled without much hassle.

The order showed up well packed, so I was relieved right away. I did notice a small dent on one side of the box and had that quick little “uh oh” moment, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. No damage, no issues. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a knitted sweater from Holebrook after eyeing it for a while, and when it finally arrived I was pleased. It has that thick, cozy feel you want from a sweater, and it actually feels well made rather than flimsy or like it’s going to stretch out after a couple of wears.

The only thing that made me knock off a star was the price, since it’s definitely not the cheapest option, and the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. That said, I’m still happy with it overall and can see myself buying from them again

I ordered a navy sweater and somehow got a totally different color and size instead. I double-checked my confirmation email and my order was right, so I have no idea how they messed it up. Now I’ve gotta deal with returns because of their mistake, which is just sooo annoying. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I bought a sweater from Holebrook it looked really nice when I first got it. It’s warm and comfortable, so I kept wearing it, but after just a few wears it started pilling way more than I expected. For the price, I kind of felt trapped because I’d already spent the money and wanted to like it, but the quality just didn’t quite match what I hoped for. Maybe I’m comparing it to other things I’ve bought, or maybe I just expected a little more for the money. It’s not bad at all, just feels overpriced for what you actually get.

I reached out but still haven’t gotten any reply. It makes me a bit unsure about the quality of the service if even getting an answer takes this long...
